– 1/4 cup mint leaves, chopped
– 1/4 cup coriander leaves, chopped
– 1 tsp biryani masala
– 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
– 1/2 tsp red chili powder
– 1/2 tsp garam masala
– 2-3 cloves
– 2-3 cardamom pods
– 1-inch cinnamon stick
– Salt to taste
– 2 tbsp ghee
– 1 tbsp oil
– 3 cups water

Recipe:
– Wash and soak the Basmati rice in water for 30 minutes.
– In a large pot, heat ghee and oil. Add cloves, cardamom, and cinnamon. Saute until fragrant.
– Add sliced onions and saute until golden brown. Then, add ginger, garlic, and green chili. Cook until the raw smell disappears.
– Add chopped tomatoes and cook until they turn mushy. Then, add the broccoli florets and cook for a few minutes.
