– 1 tsp turmeric powder
– 2 tsp coriander powder
– 1 tsp cumin powder
– 1 tsp garam masala
– 1/2 cup grated coconut
– Fresh coriander leaves, for garnish
– Salt, to taste
– Oil, for cooking

Recipe:
1. Heat oil in a pan and add the dry red chilies, onions, ginger, and garlic. Sauté until the onions are golden brown.
2. Add the chopped tomatoes and cook until they turn soft and pulpy.
3. Add the turmeric, coriander, cumin powder, and salt. Mix well and cook for a few minutes.
4. Add the chicken pieces and stir until they are well coated with the spices.
5. Cover and cook the chicken on low heat until it is tender and fully cooked.
6. In a separate pan, dry roast the grated coconut until it turns golden brown.
7. Add the roasted coconut and garam masala to the chicken and mix well.
