– 2 tomatoes, pureed
– 4-5 green chilies, slit

– 1 cup coconut milk
– 2 tbsp oil
– 1 tsp mustard seeds
– 1 sprig curry leaves
– 1 tsp turmeric powder
– 2 tsp coriander powder
– 1 tsp cumin powder
– 1 tsp red chili powder
– Salt to taste
– Chopped coriander leaves for garnish

Recipe:
1. Heat oil in a large pan and add mustard seeds. Let them splutter.
2. Add chopped onions and sauté until golden brown.
3. Add grated ginger and minced garlic, and sauté for a couple of minutes.
4. Add the pureed tomatoes, green chilies, turmeric powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, and red chili powder. Cook until the oil separates.

6. Pour in the coconut milk and mix well. Cover and cook the chicken until tender.
