Ingredients:

6. 1 tsp garam masala
7. 1 tsp red chili powder
8. 1 tsp turmeric powder
9. Salt to taste
10. 4-5 tbsp oil
11. 4-5 large roti or tortilla wraps
12. 2-3 tbsp tomato ketchup
13. Fresh coriander leaves, chopped
14. Chaat masala for sprinkling

Instructions:
1. Heat oil in a pan and add cumin seeds. Once they splutter, add the chopped onions and green chilies. Saute until the onions turn golden brown.
2. Stir in the ginger-garlic paste and cook for a minute, then add the mixed vegetables. Cook until the vegetables are tender but still have a slight crunch.
3. Add the garam masala, red chili powder, turmeric powder, and salt. Mix well and cook for a couple of minutes.
4. Spread a tablespoon of tomato ketchup on each roti or tortilla wrap.
5. Place a portion of the cooked vegetable mixture in the center of the wrap and sprinkle with chopped coriander leaves and chaat masala.
6. Roll up the wrap tightly, folding in the sides to seal the filling.
7. Heat a non-stick pan and place the rolled wraps on it. Cook on both sides until golden brown and crisp.
8. Serve hot with ketchup or chutney.
