– 1 tsp turmeric powder
– 1 tsp cumin seeds
– 1 tsp coriander powder
– 1 tsp garam masala
– 1/2 tsp black pepper
– Salt to taste
– Fresh coriander leaves for garnish
– Fresh green chilies for garnish
– Fresh ginger, julienned, for garnish
– 1 tbsp crushed garlic

Recipe:
