Chettinad Egg curry is a spicy curry cooked with coconut and a blend of the spices and it goes quite well with rice and roti.

1 tsp jeera tsp Sanuf 1 tsp peepercorns 5 Red chili 1 small cup grated coconut 5 Hard boiled egg 1 tsp mustard seeds 1 tsp jeera seeds Few curry leaves 1 onion 1 tsp ginger & 1 tsp garlic paste 1/2 tsp turmeric powder 2 tsp red chili powder 2 tsp dhaniya powder Water salt
