Ingredients:
– 500g boneless chicken, diced
– 2 onions, finely chopped
– 2 tomatoes, chopped
– 2 green chilies, finely chopped
– 1 tsp ginger-garlic paste
– 1/2 cup chopped coriander leaves
– 2 tbsp oil
– 1/2 tsp mustard seeds
– 1/2 tsp cumin seeds
– 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
– 1 tsp red chili powder
– 1 tsp garam masala
– 1/2 tsp coriander powder
– Salt to taste
– 4-5 leftover rotis or parathas, shredded

Recipe:
1. Heat oil in a pan and add mustard seeds and cumin seeds. Let them splutter.
2. Add onions and green chilies, sauté until the onions turn golden brown.
3. Add ginger-garlic paste and sauté for 2 minutes.
4. Add tomatoes and cook until they turn mushy.
5. Add turmeric powder, red chili powder, coriander powder, and garam masala. Mix well.
6. Add the diced chicken and cook until it is tender.
7. Using a spatula, chop the chicken into small pieces as it cooks.
8. Add the shredded rotis or parathas and mix well with the chicken and masala.
9. Garnish with chopped coriander leaves.
10. Serve hot with raita or salna.
