Ingredients:
– 500g ground chicken
– 1 tsp salt
– 1 tsp black pepper
– 1 tsp garlic powder
– 1 tsp paprika
– 1 tsp sugar
– 1 tsp chili flakes
– 2 tbsp cornstarch
– 1 tbsp soy sauce
– 1 tbsp red wine vinegar
– 1 tbsp olive oil
– 2 tbsp water
– Sausage casing

Recipe:
1. In a mixing bowl, combine the ground chicken, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, paprika, sugar, and chili flakes. Mix well.

2. In a separate bowl, mix together the cornstarch, soy sauce, red wine vinegar, olive oil, and water. Pour this mixture over the ground chicken and mix until well combined.

3. Cut the sausage casing into 4-5 inch lengths and tie a knot at one end of each piece.

4. Fill the casing with the chicken mixture, making sure to pack it tightly.

5. Once filled, tie a knot at the other end of the casing to secure the salami.

6. In a large pot of boiling water, place the salami and cook for 30-40 minutes.

7. Once cooked, remove the salami from the water and let it cool completely.

8. Once cooled, slice the salami and serve as desired.
