Bread Kofta Recipe Rajasthani Kofta

– Today, I will be sharing with you a delicious and authentic Rajasthani dish – Bread Koftas.
– This dish is bursting with traditional Rajasthani flavors and is perfect for a cozy family dinner or a special occasion.

Ingredients:
– 4 slices of bread
– 1 cup boiled and mashed potatoes
– 1/2 cup grated paneer
– 1/4 cup chopped coriander leaves
– 1/4 cup chopped onions
– 1/4 cup chopped green chillies
– 1/4 tsp red chilli powder
– 1/4 tsp garam masala
– 1/2 tsp amchur powder (dry mango powder)
– Salt to taste
– Oil for frying

Recipe:
1. Begin by soaking the bread slices in water for a few seconds, then squeeze out the excess water and crumble the bread into a bowl.
2. Add the mashed potatoes, grated paneer, chopped coriander leaves, onions, green chillies, red chilli powder, garam masala, amchur powder, and salt to the bowl. Mix well to form a smooth mixture.
3. Divide the mixture into equal-sized portions and shape them into round koftas.
4. Heat oil in a pan and carefully fry the koftas until they turn golden brown and crispy on all sides.
5. Once the koftas are cooked, remove them from the pan and place them on a plate lined with paper towels to absorb any excess oil.
6. Serve the delicious Bread Koftas hot with your favorite chutney or sauce.
