Recipe:
1. Soak the black chickpeas in water overnight and then pressure cook until they are soft.

4. Add ginger-garlic paste and sauté for a minute.
5. Add the chopped tomatoes and cook until they turn mushy.
6. Add turmeric powder, coriander powder, red chili powder, and garam masala. Cook the spices for a minute.
7. Add the cooked black chickpeas and mix well with the masala.
8. Pour in the water and add salt. Allow the curry to simmer for 15-20 minutes.
