1/4 tsp Balck Pepper
PASTA PREPARATION: 2 cups Spiral Pasta Water for Boiling 1 tsp Salt 1/2 tsp Oil 2 tsp Oil/Butter 1 tbsp Garlic 1 Onion Carrots Capsicums Boiled Corns Salt

Sauce: 3 tbsp Butter 3 tbsp Maida/All Purpose Flour 2 cups Milk Processed Cheese
