► Goan Green Masala : Goan Green Masala paste is surprisingly quick and easy to make, and it’s much fresher tasting than the store-bought, this paste will make delicious curries or can be used as marinade for fish, chicken, meat mince and many more dishes, made with fresh coriander and aromatic spices and yes not to forget the gorgeous green colour!

Goan Recheado Masala : Ingredients: 75g dried Kashmiri Red Chillies 10 Cloves 1 ½” Cinnamon Stick ¼ tsp. Turmeric Powder 1″ Ginger ¼ tsp. Cumin Seeds 50g Garlic Cloves ½ cup Onion 1 ½ cups Vinegar 2 Tbsp. Sugar 4 pinches Salt

Cooking Oil

Makes: About 520g
Preparation Time: 15 mins

Goan Green Masala : Ingredients: 75g Coriander Leaves 75g Green Chillies 50g Garlic Cloves 1” Ginger 10 Cloves ¼ tsp. Cumin Seeds ¼ tsp. Turmeric Powder 1 ½” Cinnamon Stick 20g Tamarind 10 Peppercorns

1 tsp. Sugar

Makes: About 300g
Preparation Time: 10 mins
