– 500g Kingfish, cut into cubes
– 4-5 dry red chilies
– 1 tsp cumin seeds
– 1 tsp mustard seeds
– 6-8 garlic cloves
– 1-inch ginger, chopped
– 1 tsp turmeric powder
– 1 tsp red chili powder
– 2 tbsp vinegar
– 2 onions, finely chopped
– 2 tomatoes, chopped
– Salt to taste
– 2-3 tbsp oil
– Fresh coriander leaves for garnish

Recipe:
– Soak the dry red chilies in vinegar for 30 minutes, then blend into a smooth paste with cumin seeds, mustard seeds, garlic, and ginger.
– Marinate the fish with turmeric, red chili powder, and salt for 30 minutes.
– Heat oil in a pan and sauté the onions until golden brown. Add the blended chili paste and cook for 2-3 minutes.
– Add the marinated fish and cook for 3-4 minutes on each side.
– Add chopped tomatoes and cook until the fish is tender and the gravy thickens.
