– 2 tbsp soy sauce
– 1 tbsp oyster sauce
– 1 tbsp tomato ketchup
– 1 tsp sugar
– 2 garlic cloves, minced
– 1 inch ginger, grated
– 1 onion, thinly sliced
– 1 green bell pepper, thinly sliced
– 1 red bell pepper, thinly sliced
– 2 green chilies, sliced
– 1 tsp cornflour
– Salt and pepper to taste
– Vegetable oil for cooking
– Spring onions for garnish

Recipe:
1. Marinate the lamb slices with soy sauce, oyster sauce, tomato ketchup, sugar, garlic, and ginger. Let it sit for 30 minutes.
