Mooli Ka Halwa

– As a food chef and blogger, I am thrilled to share with you my recipe for Mooli Ka Halwa, a traditional Pakistani dessert made from radish.
– This unique and delicious sweet dish is a must-try for anyone looking to expand their culinary horizons and impress their friends and family with something new.

Ingredients:
– 3-4 medium-sized radishes, grated
– 2 cups milk
– 1 cup sugar
– 4-5 tablespoons ghee (clarified butter)
– 1/4 cup mixed nuts (almonds, pistachios, cashews), chopped
– 1/2 teaspoon cardamom powder
– A pinch of saffron strands

Recipe:
1. Heat ghee in a large pan over medium heat and add the grated radish.
2. Stir-fry the radish for about 10-12 minutes until it turns slightly golden brown in color.
3. Next, pour in the milk and bring it to a boil. Then reduce the heat and let it simmer, stirring occasionally, until the mixture thickens.
4. Add the sugar, cardamom powder, and saffron strands, and continue to cook for another 10-15 minutes until the halwa reaches a pudding-like consistency.
5. Finally, add the chopped nuts and cook for a few more minutes before removing the halwa from the heat.
6. Serve the Mooli Ka Halwa warm, garnished with extra nuts if desired.

I hope you will enjoy making and savoring this unique and delightful Mooli Ka Halwa dessert. Don’t be afraid to try something new in the kitchen, and I promise you won’t be disappointed with the resulting delectable treat. Happy cooking!
