Learn how to make chicken mappas in easy steps

Chicken mappas is a Kerala chicken curry with the goodness of coconut milk. Here potatoes are added, which makes mappas curry more flavorful. Kozhi mappas go well with appam, idiyappam, rice, porotta, etc.

Ingredients Chicken – 700 gm For marinate Lime juice -1/2 of a lime Turmeric powder – 1/2 tsp Pepper powder – 1 tsp

Coconut milk first extract – 3/4 cup
Coconut milk 2 nd extract – 2 – 2 1/2 cup

For grind Shallots – 10 nos Garlic – 8 nos Mustard seeds – 1/2 tsp Coriander powder – 3 tbsp Chilli powder – 1/2 tsp Turmeric powder – 1/2 tsp Pepper powder – 1 tsp
