– Today, I am excited to share with you my special recipe for Rasmalai, a beloved Indian dessert that is sure to delight your taste buds.
– With its creamy texture and delicate flavors, Rasmalai is perfect for any special occasion or just as a sweet treat to indulge in.

Ingredients:
– 4 cups whole milk
– 1/4 cup lemon juice
– 4 cups water
– 1 cup sugar
– 4 cups milk
– 1/4 teaspoon cardamom powder
– 1 tablespoon sliced pistachios
– 1 tablespoon sliced almonds

Recipe:
1. In a heavy bottom pan, boil the milk over medium heat.
2. Once the milk comes to a boil, add the lemon juice and stir slowly. The curd will start separating from the whey, turn off the heat.
3. Line a strainer with cheesecloth, pour the curd into the strainer.
4. Wash the curd under cold water, this will help getting rid of the sourness.
5. Turn the curd into a four and a half inch round.

6. Home a deep pan, add water, sugar, and bring it to a boil. Drop the paneer rounds into the syrup.
7. Cover the pan and let it cook for about 20 minutes over medium heat. 8. … ……. (and so on)

Remember to serve the Rasmalai chilled for the best taste. Enjoy the flavors of this delightful dessert and impress your family and friends with your culinary skills. Stay tuned for more mouthwatering recipes from Manjula’s Kitchen!
