Ingredients:
For Pakoras:
– 1 cup gram flour (besan)

– Water as needed
– Oil for frying

For Kadhi:
– 1 cup yogurt
– 3 cups water
– 2 tbsp gram flour
– 1 tsp turmeric powder
– 1/2 tsp red chili powder
– 1/2 tsp cumin seeds
– 1/2 tsp mustard seeds
– 1/4 tsp fenugreek seeds
– 10-12 curry leaves
– Salt to taste
– 2 tbsp oil

For Tempering:
– 1 tbsp oil
– 1/2 tsp cumin seeds
– 2-3 whole red chilies
– 1/2 tsp red chili powder
– 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
– Fresh coriander for garnish

Recipe:
1. In a bowl, mix all the ingredients for pakoras and add water to make a thick batter. Heat oil in a pan and drop spoonfuls of batter into the hot oil. Deep fry until golden brown, then set aside.
2. In a separate bowl, whisk together yogurt, gram flour, turmeric, red chili powder, and salt. Add water and mix until smooth.
3. In a pan, heat oil and add cumin seeds, mustard seeds, fenugreek seeds, and curry leaves. Saute until fragrant, then pour in the yogurt mixture. Cook on medium heat, stirring constantly until the kadhi thickens.
4. Add the pakoras to the kadhi and simmer for a few minutes.
