– 1/2 tsp cumin powder
– 1/2 tsp coriander powder
– Salt to taste
– Freshly ground black pepper
– 1 tbsp chopped coriander leaves
– 2 tbsp oil

For the pastry:
– 1 cup all-purpose flour
– 1/2 cup water
– 2 tbsp butter
– Salt to taste
– Oil for deep frying

Recipe:
1. Start by making the filling. Heat oil in a pan and sauté the onions, garlic, and green chili until they turn soft and translucent.
2. Add the turmeric, cumin, and coriander powder, and sauté for a minute.
3. Add the prawns and sauté until they turn pink and opaque.
4. Season with salt, pepper, and coriander leaves. Remove from heat and set aside.
5. To make the pastry, combine the flour, water, butter, and salt in a bowl to form a soft dough.
6. Roll out the dough thinly on a floured surface and cut out circles using a cookie cutter or a small bowl.
7. Place a spoonful of the prawn filling in the center of each circle and fold the pastry over to form a half-moon shape. Press the edges together to seal.
8. Heat oil in a deep pan and fry the rissois until golden and crispy.
