1 cup grated coconut
1 tsp cumin seeds
1 onion, finely chopped
1 tomato, finely chopped
1 green chili, finely chopped
1 tsp ginger-garlic paste
1 tsp red chili powder
1 tsp coriander powder
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
1/2 tsp garam masala
1/2 cup mixed vegetables (carrots, peas, beans)
1/2 cup chopped coriander leaves
1/2 cup chopped mint leaves
Salt to taste
2 tbsp oil
3 cups water

Instructions:
In a bowl, mix the rice flour with salt and water to form a crumbly mixture.
Steam the rice flour mixture in a puttu maker for about 10-15 minutes until cooked.
Once the puttu is cooked, crumble it using your fingers to separate the grains.
In a separate pan, heat oil and add cumin seeds. Saute the onions, green chili, and ginger-garlic paste until golden brown.
Add the tomatoes and cook until they turn mushy.
Next, add the mixed vegetables and cook until they are slightly tender.
Add the red chili powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, and garam masala. Mix well and cook for a few minutes.
Layer the cooked puttu over the masala mixture in the pan.
Garnish with chopped coriander and mint leaves.
