Ingredients:
– 250g paneer, cut into cubes
– 1 onion, diced
– 1 capsicum, sliced
– 2-3 green chilies, finely chopped
– 2 tbsp soy sauce
– 1 tbsp tomato ketchup
– 1 tbsp chili sauce
– 1 tsp vinegar
– 1 tsp ginger-garlic paste
– 1/2 tsp black pepper powder
– 1/2 tsp salt
– 2 tbsp cornflour
– 1/4 cup water
– Oil for frying and cooking

Recipe:
1. In a bowl, mix cornflour, salt, and black pepper. Toss the paneer cubes in the mixture until they are well coated.
2. Heat oil in a pan and fry the paneer cubes until they are golden brown. Remove and set aside.
3. In the same pan, add a little more oil if needed, and sauté the onions, capsicum, and green chilies until they are slightly tender.
4. Add the ginger-garlic paste and stir for a minute.
5. In a separate bowl, mix soy sauce, tomato ketchup, chili sauce, and vinegar. Add this mixture to the pan and stir well.
6. In a small bowl, mix cornflour and water to make a slurry. Add this slurry to the pan and stir until the sauce thickens.
7. Add the fried paneer cubes and toss them in the sauce until they are well coated.
8. Garnish with spring onions and serve hot with steamed rice or noodles.
