– 1 teaspoon red chili powder
– 1 teaspoon turmeric powder
– 1 teaspoon coriander powder
– Salt to taste
– Fresh coriander leaves for garnish

Recipe:
1. Rinse the Basmati rice under cold water and soak for 30 minutes. Drain and set aside.
2. In a large pot, heat the cooking oil over medium heat. Add the sliced onion and cook until golden brown.
3. Add the garlic, ginger, and green chilies to the pot and sauté for a minute.
4. Stir in the chopped tomatoes and cook until they soften and release their juices.
5. Add the chicken pieces to the pot and cook until they are browned on all sides.
