For Chicken Kebab:
500g boneless chicken, cut into small pieces
1 cup yogurt
2 tbsp ginger garlic paste
1 tbsp red chili powder

For Pizza:
2 large naan bread or pizza base

– 1 kg chicken
– 3 cups basmati rice
– 4 onions, finely sliced
– 1 cup yogurt
– 4 tomatoes, chopped
– 1 tbsp ginger-garlic paste
– 2 bay leaves
– 4 green cardamom pods
– 6 cloves
– 1 cinnamon stick
– 1 tbsp red chili powder
– 1 tbsp biryani masala
– 1/2 cup chopped mint leaves
– 1/2 cup chopped coriander leaves
– 1/2 cup milk
– Saffron strands
– Salt to taste
– Ghee
– Oil

Recipe:
1. In a large pot, heat some oil and fry the sliced onions until golden brown. Remove half of the fried onions and set aside for later use.
2. Add the ginger-garlic paste, bay leaves, green cardamom pods, cloves, and cinnamon stick to the pot. Cook for a few minutes until the raw aroma disappears.
