Quick Easy Tasty Channa Masala Recipe One Pot Recipe How To Make Channa Masala In Tamil Chole Masala

Are you craving a delicious and quick channa masala recipe that will satisfy your taste buds? Look no further! This one-pot recipe is not only delicious but also simple to make, making it the perfect choice for both beginner and experienced cooks. Get ready to impress your friends and family with this flavorful and aromatic channa masala!

Ingredients:
1 cup dried chickpeas (or 2 cans of chickpeas)
2 tbsp oil
1 large onion, finely chopped
2 tomatoes, finely chopped
1 green chili, chopped
1 tsp ginger garlic paste
1 tsp cumin seeds
1 tsp garam masala
1 tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp red chili powder
1 tsp coriander powder
Salt to taste
Fresh coriander leaves for garnish
Lemon wedges for serving

Recipe:
Soak the dried chickpeas in water overnight or for at least 6 hours. If using canned chickpeas, rinse and drain them.
Heat oil in a large pot or pressure cooker. Add cumin seeds and let them splutter.
Add the chopped onions and green chili, sauté until the onions turn golden brown.
Add the ginger garlic paste and sauté for a minute.
Add the chopped tomatoes and cook until they turn mushy.

– 2 medium-sized potatoes, boiled and mashed

– Few curry leaves
– 2 tbsp of oil
– 1 tsp of mustard seeds
– 1 tsp of cumin seeds
– 2-3 dry red chilies

Soya Chunks Kulambu Recipe:

1. Soak the soya chunks in hot water for 15-20 minutes and squeeze out the excess water.
2. Heat oil in a pan, add mustard seeds, cumin seeds, and dry red chilies. Let them splutter.
3. Add onions, ginger-garlic paste, and curry leaves. Saute until the onions turn golden brown.
4. Add tomato puree, turmeric powder, red chili powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, and salt. Cook until the oil separates.
5. Add the soaked soya chunks and coconut milk. Let it simmer for 10-15 minutes.
6. Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot with rice or roti.

Soya Chunks Salna Recipe:
