Delhi, UP, Karachi Se Hareesa Amritsari Lahori Authentic Restaurant Style

– Welcome to the flavors of Delhi, Uttar Pradesh, and Karachi with this authentic restaurant-style recipe for Hareesa Amritsari Lahori.

Ingredients:
– 500g chicken, cut into pieces
– 1 cup broken wheat (dalia)
– 1/4 cup ghee or clarified butter
– 1 large onion, finely chopped
– 2 tomatoes, finely chopped
– 1 tbsp ginger-garlic paste
– 1 tsp cumin seeds
– 1 tsp coriander powder
– 1/2 tsp red chili powder
– 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
– Salt to taste
– Fresh coriander leaves for garnish

1. Rinse the broken wheat and soak it in water for 30 minutes. Drain and set aside.
