Ingredients:

– 1 block of paneer, cubed
– 1 cup of fresh coriander leaves
– 1/2 cup of fresh mint leaves
– 1 green chili, chopped
– 1 teaspoon of cumin seeds
– 1 teaspoon of coriander powder
– 1/2 teaspoon of turmeric powder
– Salt to taste
– 1 tablespoon of ghee or oil
– 1 cup of yogurt

Recipe:

1. In a blender, combine the fresh coriander leaves, mint leaves, and green chili. Blend until you have a smooth paste.
2. In a separate bowl, whisk together the yogurt, cumin seeds, coriander powder, turmeric powder, and salt. Set aside.
3. In a large pan, heat the ghee or oil over medium heat. Add the paneer cubes and cook until they are golden brown on all sides. Remove the paneer from the pan and set aside.
4. In the same pan, add the blended green paste and cook for 2-3 minutes, stirring constantly.
5. Add the spiced yogurt mixture to the pan and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, until the sauce thickens slightly.
6. Gently fold in the cooked paneer cubes, making sure they are coated in the masala sauce.
7. Serve hot with naan or steamed rice.
