– 1 cup of maida (all-purpose flour)

Recipe for Fafda:
1. In a large mixing bowl, combine besan, turmeric powder, red chili powder, asafoetida, and salt.
2. Add oil to the mixture and mix well.
3. Slowly add water and knead the mixture into a smooth dough.
